How to make Group Header / Footer not appear on report when no values to show?

Hi,

I've have tried a few expressions and filters to figure this out, but I can't seem to crack it. 

I want the group header and footer to not show if there are no values in the details section within the group. 

See image below. For reference, this is a Shortfall Stock Report under Purchase.

    Hi Danny

    There should be a section filter on Details that reads  STOCK.QTY_IN_STOCK + STOCK.QTY_ON_ORDER - STOCK.QTY_ALLOCATED  < STOCK.QTY_REORDER_LEVEL - this can be added in the Properties pane at the right (if not visible, this is accessible via View > Properties).  

    In the Data Source section of Properties at the right, the Include records with no Transactions section should be set to False.
