Error when emailing an invoice as attachment

Question

Hi, 
 One of the computers in our company is giving the following error when emailing an invoice (this happens for other documents on that computer as well): 
 Error with the address ****@*****.com : Unknown Error. Please check the Windows Event Log for more details. 
 The invoice file is stored on a network drive so we all use it and it works fine on other computers. Normally it creates a draft in Outlook with the invoice as an attachment. 
 What causes this local error?

 I can't access the attachment to see what the error is. Are you able to tell me the error in full please?

Hi Michal &ndash; thanks for that! 
 I&rsquo;d advise on the PC that&rsquo;s having the issue, ask the user to remove their password from the email settings and re-enter it and then try again. Passwords normally relate to SMTP email settings. In Sage Accounts this is held in Settings > Email Defaults > Email Client. In Report Designer open Tools > Options > Email Setup.
