Valid Licence could not be found

SUGGESTED

I need to put SAGE 50 on my Laptop (usually run it on my office PC) I have downloaded the software from my account but I keep getting an error message when I log in "No valid Licence".

There is nowhere for me to put my licence key in - just  a refresh button which does nothing??

Can anyone help?

Thank you

    Hi Kathy.

If you press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard, a run box will appear. Paste this path in to the run box then click ok: C:\ProgramData\Sage

A folder will appear. If you can see a folder called SDK Licence, right click on it > rename > call it SDK Licence old > enter. Once you've done that or if the folder doesn't show in there, carry on to the next step.

Press the Windows Key + R on your keyboard again. Paste this path in to the run box then click ok: C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts

Go in to the latest year folder, 2017 for example, then find the white file called sage.usr > right click on it > delete.

Now close those folders > re-open sage and you will be prompted to enter your serial number and activation key. Enter the latest ones you have or if you're unsure of these, contact us.
