Statement showing double amounts

I have an error with my statements. It seems that for some customers (not all), the amounts shown are doubled. i.e if an invoice was for £300 it shows £600.

if a customer is affected all invoices/credits and totals are affected.

Hi Andrew,

Could you please let me know if this statement layout is a standard Sage design, or if it has been edited in any way?

If it is one of our standard reports, please restore the layouts only backup by selecting File > Restore > Browse and restoring the following file;

C:\Program Data\Sage\Accounts\2017\Data Restores

However if your design is customised, please contact us via Web Chat or telephone on 0845 111 55 55 so we can look at this specific design.
