How do I contact Sage after 5.00 P.M. Monday to Fridays Inclusive?

How do I contact Sage 50 Support after 5.00 p.m. as my contract has the extended facility of doing this bit I get a telephone message stating Sage is Closed at 5.00 p.m. Monday to Fridays. I have been trying to contact them today but there have been long waiting times so was advised to phone up at 5.00 p.m. I am now very frustrated that I am unable to contact them. Can anyone suggest an alternate Software that gives better care?

    Sorry for the problems you've had getting thorough to our Support team.

    To clarify, Sage Cover Premium customers can contact our Support team between 8am until 8pm. You can contact them on 0845 111 5555.

    Outside of telephone support hours, you also have the following support options: 

    • Ask Sage - A database of articles designed to help you with processes in your Sage software. Simply go to sage.co.uk/help and search for topics you're interested in.
    • F1 in-product help - If you need help in a particular window, to open the help pages for that area simply press F1 on your keyboard. You can also access the in-product help through the Help menu, where you can browse the help contents or search for topics you want to look at.

    You can also post any technical queries you have here on our Product Support Community and one of our experts or another Sage user will be able to provide you with a solution.
