Hi Julie,

To help you find a particular backup you can choose the period you want to display. For example, you may only want to see backups taken in the last week. To do this choose Show backup files for > choose the period you want to view.

If your backups still don't appear in Backup Manager or the backup folder, try the following: 

• Check permissions on the backup folder.
• Check the backup folder isn't read only.
• Set up the scheduled backup on the server rather than the client.
• If you've multiple drives on your server, check them for the backup.
• If you've multiple drives on your server, change the backup path to another drive.
• Try disabling the antivirus software.
