Sage Drive Keep having to Sign Back in

hi, please can someone help, before I go mad...

I am using Sage 50 - and I am constantly having to sign back into Sage Drive - It might be in the middle of doing something in sage, or whilst the sales are downloading from tradebox - that I get the " Your sage access has been revoked, or company removed - I then have to sign in again... and again.... and again.... it seems to take 10-15 times to sign in (each time it says this is the sign in for 6 months etc, and I click allow) - and then I am looped back to that box... then occasionally it decides to let me in - I start the work again -   before it stops an hour or so later...

If I set a back up off, / check maintenance, you can guarantee that 1/2 way through I will look at the computer and notice it has done it again...

I am using ESET but thought I had all the exclusions in place

The internet is fine /download / upload speed fine..

The computer I am on, it the one the data is stored on , we have one computer where it is networked the only person accessing remotely is the accountant.

I have been onto help several times , and they cleared DNS things (not sure what I mean there... just know they mentioned it), and it seems to solve it for an hour or so.. 

Please help!!!!

    The message advising your access has been revoked when trying to access Sage Drive, is a known issue with Sage Accounts and is currently with our Research and Development team for further investigation and resolution.

    Unfortunately, at this stage we're not able to provide you with a timescale for a fix to the problem. However, as part of our policy of continued product development, we occasionally release updates to address issues identified in our software.

    We'd therefore recommend you have one of the Automatic options selected in Tools > Internet Options > Software Updates. Article 20019 gives further information on Automatic Updates.

    In the meantime, in order to workaround the problem, please refer to article 33081.
