Customer Payment History - Reports

Can anyone advise on the best report which shows a customer's payment history please?  I need to see the regularity with which a customer is paying. TIA.

  • Hi Nicola,

    You can run the ‘Day Books: Customer Receipts (Detailed, Base Currency)’ report. This report shows sales receipts (SR) and sales receipts on account (SA) and the date these were received.

    You can run this report from Bank accounts > Reports > Customer receipt and payments.
