Task View Problems

Hi, since the windows 10 upgrade my sage accounts package is not working the same. Going into tasks say customers, first page loads fine and then if I click on a customer rather than loading directly up I have to go to task view find the page and left click to bring the page up. Although not a major problem, it takes more time and is so frustrating.

Hi Dianne,

When a new window is opened, Sage has no control as to opening it in front of or, behind an existing window. In Windows 10 you have the Task Viewer to browse between windows. In previous versions it was Alt & tab.

Just to ensure it's not a compatibility issue, can you confirm which version of Sage Accounts that you're using please? You can check this in Help > About > Program Details.
