Hi Susan,

The most common cause of large file types would be if any images are added to the report.

If so, please ensure the image you add to the report is not excessively large.

You can also try checking the settings of the PDF program you run to see if anything can be reduced in there.

If you do not have any image files on your Invoice layout, or if they are small in size, please try running one of our standard designs and let us know if you encounter any issues with these.
