pay for phone call support

Why do I have to pay for for a phone call to sage for support and be put on hold for 15/20mins ? especially when I already pay for support ?

    Brian,

    I joined sage in October 2018 and chose it because of the phone support. Since then I have never waited less than 50 minutes to be connected. I point at this whenever I get to speak to anybody and I always got this (your) standard answer.

    I feel the phone support was missold, def. NOT worth the money.

    And guess what happend today ?

    a) the answer machine told me to check www.sage.com/uk/livedropin and

    b) as I did not hang up, I "should be answered just over an hour"

    So I tried the livedropin while waiting for the hour to pass and I did not get any answer there either. Probably have to wait an hour for a text back as well.

    So, would you do us all a favour and stop telling us nonsense like "We've been experiencing a higher than expected volume of calls this morning." Just be honest and tell people that the phone support is not worth the money spend on it.
