Hi, how many of you other users are having the same issue as me? Sage will not generate a PDF or any type of report just produces an error message. This has been getting worse and worse until today where we have moved on to all reports. Can not even make an invoice.

I have been told after over 6 hrs on the phone and two reloads of the programme that this is a known error, that they are working on it, that it is an environmental error in other words something on my PC.

I have not been offered any other solutions and left with a product that does not work. They can not offer me any timescales either!

Please get back to me so I know I'm not alone
