change text in message body of email template

I want to send invoices to my customers by email. However, the template has very basic data in the body of the message, and I'd like to change it.

I've done it previously for a customer, but can't remember now how I did it, and I can't find the template in the Report Designer. Where can I find it, and how can I change the text?

As far as the program crashing - do you get any kind of error message?

Thank you. I did find something: in Report Designer select the invoice I use for emailing, and within the report designer, click on Reports, and then select "email settings". There you can adjust the content of the message itself. However, since doing that, my Sage crashes every time I try emailing an invoice. So not sure what's happened!

Hi Michael. No message. It was displaying "step 5 of 6" and then everything closed. However, it seems to be resolved as it's not happening anymore. Not sure what the cause was, but it's all working okay now. Thanks for your comment. Lisa
