To keep the net amount at £33.325 rather than rounding it up to £33.33, you can change the Price D.P. from two places to 3 places in Settings > Product Defaults.

This change applies to all product records and products listed on any invoices.

You could try increasing the Price D.P. again. You can set up to 6 places.
