To ensure that your software is licenced correctly, you need to ensure that the correct registration details have been entered into it in Tools > Activation > Upgrade Program.
You can find your Sage software Serial Number and Activation Key in My Sage > My Account > Product and services. For full info you can refer to Ask Sage article 34761.
