Thanks for using Sage City.

In the newer versions of Sage 50 Accounts, only the F3 or Pay in full can be used to pay off an item in full. However, you can log this as a suggestion to improve our Sage 50cloud Accounts software on our Ideas Board.

To log your idea select Submit an idea and then complete the form.

Once logged, we’ll be able to use your idea and help us to shape your Sage software. Other customers will also be able to vote on your idea.

Hi Caspar,

I’ve had a look into this further for you and played around a bit more in the software and have found that you can use Alt and I to pay items in full when in the Customer receipts and Supplier payments windows.

I cannot thank you enough for finding this out for me.  I think it would be useful to notify everyone of this, as there will be quite a few people like me, who use the Alt keys for functions.
