Sage drive

Hi

I have sage 50c v 25 on a main office computer and use it remotely from my laptop. I’ve discovered that all the new data I’ve entered on the remote site has not synced with the main office site! How do I fix this? Or have I lost a months worth of data?!

    If you check the dataset ID on both sites, are they the same? To check the dataset ID:

    1. On the main site, open Sage Accounts and open the relevant company.
    2. On the menu bar, click Help then click About.
    3. Under Sage Drive Information, make a note of the Dataset ID value.
    4. On the remote site, open Sage Accounts and open the relevant company.
    5. On the menu bar, click Help then click About.
    6. Under Sage Drive Information, make a note of the Dataset ID value.

    If the two values you noted are identical, both sites are accessing the same company data. If this is the case, are you receiving any messages about the data not syncing?
