I am new to the forum.
We have just upgraded to Office 365 and I have some compatibility issues with Excel. I can export a TB to Excel but not a nominal activity,
does anyone have a solution, please?

Thanks for using Sage City.
Which version of Sage 50 Accounts are you using? You can find this out by going to (Help > About > Program Details)
Also can you tell me which version off Office 365 you're using? You can find this about by going to (Outlook - File > Office Account > About Outlook) I'd also like to know if you're running the 32bit or 64bit version.
Do you get an error when you export?

We are on 24.2.228.0 and now have Office 365 Business 2019.
The error is “Failed to connect to Excel”,

Thanks for that information.
Office 365 Business 2019 came out in November 2018 because of this 24.2.228.0 isn't compatible.
You can upgrade to v25.1 of Accounts which is compatible with Office 2019 (32 bit) and is released next week.
