Compatibility with ICR Touch software

I have a potential client who uses ICR Touch Software in their outlets. I hope to link this to their new Sage 50 cloud system which was specified by their accountant. At the time Sage was specified the idea of linking to the sales system had not been discussed. I think the information may be able to be exported via a CSV file but I would like to see an example of the Sage template that would do this - if this is even possible.

Does anyone have any experience with this please?

Apologies for the late reply. We moved to a new system and some queries were missed by mistake.

I suspect if you're exporting to CSV files, from the ICR software, you'll have to put it in this format:

These templates can be found in the program directory. By default it's, C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Accounts\Import Templates
