Thanks for the link to the service status page - this should be more widely accessible, perhaps as a link in My Sage support? However the tracker reports that all is OK at the moment yet you are acknowledging that there are issues. Which is correct? It also looks like you have had issues with this earlier this week and for quite a few days last month. What actions are being taken by Sage to fully resolve the issues?

We’re currently working on resolving the issue in full. We’ve put measures in place to help with the current problem which has resolved the issue for some users but not all. 

Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, we’re trying to get it fixed as fast as possible.
