Sage 50 Cloud Sage Drive

For the 2nd time in a week on a 'remote' Sage 50 Cloud (V25) site I am getting "uploading 0Kb or 1Kb" and "Please wait processing" message which stop the 'remote' Sage from being usable until the upload has finally completed. Both the 'main' site and the 'remote' site have leased line connections with no issues so it is not a connectivity issue but an issue with the SageDrive servers.

Is anyone else using Sage Drive experiencing these issues?
