email sending options

Hello

Two users accessing Sage on different machines 

One wants to send invoices by email immediately 

Other one wants to send emaIs to inbox so they can be edited before sending.

At the moment if one user changes email sending setting it affects the other user.

Is there a way to configure Sage so one sends immediately and other to inbox by default  ?

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    The settings are unique to the email print / email layout. A workaround for this would be to have a copy of the design so that each other has a version and meets there requirements.

    You can make a copy by Editing the current layout and going to File > Save As within Report Designer and saving a second version. This version could then be changed with the required settings.
