What web page are you having difficulty with?  I’ve tried https://www.sage.com/en-gb/shop/accountscertification.aspx and https://sageu.csod.com/LMS/LoDetails/DetailsLo.aspx?loid=f9949327-a36b-4320-bb05-b5733205d063#t=1 and they seem fine.

P.S....... I’ve been using Sage for 15 years or so.  I reckon I could pass Levels 1 and 2 but no higher.  I see that the curriculum for Level 3 includes “Flat invoices in dispute” (sic). Maybe I should flag that (if you get my drift).

It is the registration to sit the exam page that has the issue.

I enter my serial number (already bought & paid for) name, account number, postcode, that is all accepted.

Then click register and the page closes and goes over to an 'oops' page

I’ll post the telephone number for Sage certification support on Monday who will be able to help. I would post it now but don’t have access to that information currently.

In the mean I would try and clear you internet history / cookies and try again.

if possible try another web browser.

I have used 3 browsers on 2 different pcs, I have 3 lassies in the office who have their level 2 certifications to sit that were bought as part of the same package so hopefully we can get the issue sorted quickly.

I thought the problem was dur to the change from the old certification for to having to sit them under the Sage university's site but there is no link there

Sounds like the problem isn't with the web browsers from what you describe.
