Custom message when emailing invoices

We email invoices straight out of Sage - when they go to Drafts I then have to work through and add the same email message to each 'Please find attached etc etc'.  I have googled and looked at various options but can't find a way to set up a standard email message which saves this work?

    Choose any invoice and go to Print but instead of Run, click Edit, which takes you into the Report Designer.  Choose Report then Email Settings. In the centre section, choose "Send the report as an attachment with the following message body:" then type your message in the box.
