I am entering data into Sage and when I use the lookup to identify the relevant code to post the payment/receipt all fields are empty. For some reason all my codes have vanished????

This occurs when there’s a filter applied to your Nominal code list. To clear this go into Nominal codes > Filter > Clear form > Apply > Close.
