The pay now button is conditional and will only show if you have Sage Pay or Invoice Payments enabled. Please confirm if you have one of those services turned on. Please also check the currency and the type of artefact (needs to be an invoice, not credit for example)

Hi Ian, Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I have Sage Pay enabled. We've been using Sage Pay for about 2 years.

If you preview a standard Sage Pay layout (one that comes with the program) does the button show?

If it does i would delete what you've done, go into Report Designer and on the toolbar you'll see an option for "Add Pay Now Button" click that and it'll add the button for you. Save it and try again.

Hi Ian, 

When I try to preview an invoice the button or text does not show. I have tried removing the button and adding again through report designer as you suggest. The layout I am using is a standard sage layout and not one of my own.

The condition that allows it to show requires

- Sage Pay to be turned on

- Base Currency to be in GBP

- Invoice to be an Invoice (not credit or pro-forma)
