Receiving the message that someone is already logged on when she isn't

Hi I have just moved onto Sage Cloud. Unfortunately one of colleagues is receiving the message that she is already logged on when she isn't. I've followed the instructions for stopping and restarting the services with no success. Any ideas?

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    Are you able to login as "Manager" and the related password? If you can go to View across the top of the toolbar and then click on User List. From here you should see the user and can click the Remove button which will log them out and they can try again.
