Excel Functions Re-order Levels

Posted By FormerMember

Hi everyone!

I've scoured the internet and still can't find an answer to my question.

I use Excel to keep track of large projects and stock levels, as well as how many complete sets I can make of a project.

This also helps me see what is holding things back by a single item.

Now for the question:

I'm looking however to have a function to look through Sage 50c find the re-order level for a given item and return the value.

Does a function exist for this, its a simple lookup function that it can already do for a bunch of other pieces of information,

I've found this list of functions: http://sage-docs-help-rebrand.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/Sage-50-Accounts-WebHelp-Grey/content/reports_and_report_designer/excel_integrated_reporting/list%20of%20functions%20in%20excel%20integrated%20reporting.htm

However it is not on that list.

I have considered using the weight category and just keep that the same on sage just to get this value for whenever it is updated.

But its not myself who updates the re-order levels and if they did not keep both the same then I would never know without looking it up again for each item.

Please note some projects can have anywhere between 50 and 200 items, I hate having to review the re-order levels and make sure it matches Sage.

Any ideas?
