Sage Salary & Supplier Payments

Afternoon All,

Is anyone using the Sage Salary & Supplier Payment add on for Sage 50 and if so how are you find it?

My firm sends around 100 supplier payments per month and this is what i am particularly interested in automating and turning paperless.

Ideally i would like to store the supplier invoice electronically in sage, send it for approval via email, and then upload to the bank completely seamlessly.  I dont think that there is quite the functionality to do this in sage 50 just yet but i would be interested to know if this add on does part of the job.

Alternatively is anyone using any external apps that manage supplier invoices and expenses such as "paperless" or "receipt bank" etc that work well with sage 50.

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for this.  I have read the guide already but was more looking for feedback from users who are already using the functionality and if it allows for a completely paper free and automated process in respect of the purchase ledger. 

    The costs seem reasonable but it seems a shame that the functionality does not store a copy of the purchase ledger invoice electronically with the transaction, unless i am missing something.
