It is possible to integrate Stripe payments using the Invoice payments function in Sage 50cloud Accounts. With this the payments are posted automatically to Sage together with any transaction fees, cutting down on processing time. You can find info on how this works here.

Thank you for your response. I don't believe that works with conventional e-commerce payments, does it? Say for example that I used Magento and used the Stripe integration with Magento – payments and refunds made with Stripe would not automatically synchronise into Sage, I think?

This would be extremely useful for research purposes.
