Sage Invoice items in JSON that do not appear in Sage50 invoice detail view. ?

Extracted Sage Invoice items to JSON and I am seeing some duplicated invoice lines in the data that do not appear in Sage50 view.

I have noticed these items have duplicated indexes so I have 2 invoice items but Sage only displays 1, cannot find where sage50 knows that item 1 should be hidden.

Below is an extract from the invoice JSON file

We have 2 "item_number":"0" in the data file but sage50 only shows the 2nd item and hides the first.
