Bank Feeds haven’t been removed from the Essentials variant of Sage 50 / 50cloud Accounts, but they have been removed from earlier versions in line with new Open Banking (PSD2) legislation, which comes into force on 14 March 2020.

This occurs if you haven't installed the Sage 50cloud Accounts v26.2.147.0 update. To check your software version click Help then click About.

To resolve this, update your software to Sage 50cloud Accounts v26.2.147.0 then reconnect your bank feeds. 

1. If you are not using Sage 50cloud Accounts v26, upgrade to v26. Or, if you are already using Sage 50cloud Accounts v26, Move to step 2.
2. Install the Sage 50cloud Accounts bank feeds hotfix.
3. Update your Bank feeds connection.

Thanks Ken, the links you gave were correct,  but also don't help with my problem unfortunately! But thank you for fixing the link.

Just to let you know Paul, that according to Sage help people, Sage Bank feeds have been removed from Sage 50 Accounts Essentials, they only work on the cloud version now. The hotfix therefore doesn't help, as the problem is not with the bank, it's with the version of software I have.  I'm disappointed with Sage for doing this - it is a big feature that they have taken away after getting us used to it.

Sorry for the miscommunication.

Sage Direct Bank Feeds have always been 50cloud only when they were originally introduced into version 23.2.

Yodlee Indirect Bank Feeds which were introduced into Sage Accounts in version v22 - v25 were no longer compliant with Open Banking (PSD2) and therefore have been turned off to comply with this EU initiative in all versions of 50 Accounts as of the 5th of March (11th of Sep 2019 in Ireland).
