Have had Sage for over 10 years and until MTD very few problems.

1. would not communicate with HMRC, sorted.

2. All VAT reports prior to MTD have disappeared from view

3. And this is good while sending what was supposed to be the May 2020 VAT report to HMRC it elects to send December 2010. And now when you click on the not sent but pending May 2020 report it goes on to display January 2011 return. Both the DEC 10 reports and JAN 11 reports have not been visible since MTD.

Clearly have been in touch with HMRC to resolve.

Clearly have been in touch with Sage via online service, but they said that I would have to speak to telephone service but guess what? They want you to take on a higher level of subscription to do this.

Anyone else had this problem with the software and know how to address or what to look at?
