I am trying to submit a VAT Return in Sage 50 Accounts for one of my customers (for the December period). However when I get to the "Submit your Period" section the drop down menu for the VAT periods is completely blank (picture below). My customer submits their VAT returns monthly so the open periods should be December and January. This is now the third time I have tried but still having no luck.

I don't know if this issue is just for this Company data or whether it's an issue with Sage; I won't be submitting a return for my other Customer until next month so I am unable to check.

Anyone have any ideas how best to resolve this?
