Bank Feeds - error when creating a split tax code rule

Question

We're having a problem when creating rules with split tax codes when using bank feeds. Users can create standard rules just fine - no problem there. When anyone goes to create a rule with split tax, we see this error: 
 "An error has occurred creating the Sage Bank Feeds rule. Please try again later". 
 This is a consistent error - trying again later makes no difference. It's the same for standard users as it is for the manager account. This is local data - not cloud.

Hi Jon,

Thanks for using Sage City, and apologies for the delay in my response.

We've tested the situation you describe and can create it when using a 45% to 55% split, the same issue doesn't occur with 50/50. I've therefore referred this to our product development team for further investigation.
