The company I work for is looking to ditch a separate job costing software it uses and replace it with Sage Projects.  One of the biggest factors for picking the other package was not having to duplicate information but I am aware that there wont be able to make all users 100% happy.  Couple of things spring to mind from what I have looked at:-

1. Is it possible that when placing an order, the PO can pick up the site address that has been entered in Projects ?  If not, it appears the best way of having a selectable site delivery address is to add it to the Customers record and select a customer address as the delivery address.  Presumable this can be done via the customer record, or added to the customer records via the first PO to be delivered to the site ?

2. How easy is it to get a tweek version of the "in built" POs ?  We may wish to add a logo, or a specific piece of narrative which applies to all orders.

3. Trying a PO and a delivery option, it appears that it is not possible to take delivery of more than was ordered on the original order, without amending the order ?

4. Are additional reports easy to obtain/write ?
