That error message doesn't originate from your Sage Software, Googling the error message suggested that you may need to change your Printer Driver, or it may be related to Windows User Account Control - UAC.
It's probably worth exploring those solutions online first.

Hi Andy - thanks for the reply, I am sure you are right.
I turned the PC off 3 times with same problem on the fourth time I left it half an hour then the problem ceased.
