We have just finished rolling back from V28 to V27. If you use Autoentry, AE uses a service which Sage has removed for V28 "Sage SData Service 2.0".  So AE only works intermittently. Opayo sage pay link can take double payments from customers. Push pull remote data working means your data set will never be complete upon a lost connection or working offline. Error messages wont always clear until scheduled backup. We used it for 7 days.

AutoEntry does not use the Sdata service to my knowledge, so any intermittent issues would not have been related to that.

The Sdata service is still available at this link https://github.com/Sage/sdata-downloads/blob/master/Sage50AccountsSDataInstaller.msi?raw=true. It was moved outside of the main Accounts installer as very few users needed/used it, but also to allow us to more easily update it without tying it to a release of Accounts (see the announcement here https://github.com/Sage/SData-2.0/issues/171).
