I have created a recurring entry on the 31st of January and updated it and it has correctly moved to be the 28th of February.

I did this with a recurring supplier payment on account.

If you have an example of one of your that has gone wrong I'm happy to try and re-create it.

As for a csv upload option, you can suggest this as an idea below:

Hi Ian, 

Please can you try it again with Bank Payments?  All of my payments for the 29th / 30th were bank payments. 

When it automatically defaults to the 28th for Feb (for you it worked but for me it didn't), I assume it didn't then revert back to the 29th / 30th for the following month?  This means that every year, each recurring item will need to be edited for March to go back from 28th to 29th / 30th.  

A bulk CSV upload would be a perfect solution to this because it would involve a simple download, bulk edit and upload saving lots of time.

I've set up a Bank Payment on the 29th and 30th of January recurring once every month, which looks like it works for me (28th of Feb then back to 29th and 30th the following month)

I have run the same on my recurring items (for next year) and am getting the same as you.  It does auto change to 28th and then back to the 29th/30th the following month.  

Feb just gone resulted in all my dates disappearing and just being blank. I had to go in and manually input them all for 28th.  Then in March, I had to go back in and change them all for the 29th/30th which is quite a task.

Hopefully, it was a one-off glitch.  Thanks for looking into it for me.
