Memo Attachments

Hi there,

My colleague has been attaching items such as statements in the supplier memo section. These seem to stay there for a while and then disappear. Any idea what we are doing wrong? It would be so handy to have our statements received saved against the supplier, and easy to view

    when you add attachments to Sage 50cloud Accounts, you're presented with 3 options - To leave the file in it's current location and link it to Sage, or to copy or move it into the Sage 50 Accounts data folder.

    If you chose to leave the file where it is, and it's later deleted - It will then come out of the memo/attachments screen as the file is no longer available. I'm thinking this may be the cause of the issue. 

    If you are moving or copying them to the data folder, can you let us know as it might be something we'd need to take a closer look at with you.
