We've been running Sage 50 2014 for many years - the reason being is that we have a bespoke CRM package that exports invoices into Sage (we then use sage to create a journal for posing into another accounting package.

Recently we've moved everything over to Citrix and added Sage 2014 to it.

When I try to log in to our Sage company I get an error saying that the database was last used on version 20.4.9.378 - the version that was installed from the Sage disk is lower than that so it requires an update before it can be used.

When I go to  the update section, it says it can't connect to get the update.

Is there any way there any way to get a manual update for this?
