Do you have permission within Sage to do so from your Sage Manager person? You may need your access rights amended.

That's why things are greyed out normally

I am the manager....the option isn't greyed out , it just isn't there!

Tools / Options / Environment onlty has F11 / F12 keys & list selection style. Nothing about comma separated thousands. :-(

It looks like that's only available for the Cloud version as there are 84 votes on the Ideas board to have comma separation on the 'normal' version of Sage which doesnt appear to have been taken on board by Sage yet.

Comma thousand separators aren’t available in any variant or version of the software at the moment.

We are aware of the idea on SageCity and have a working proof of concept which we will look to take forward in the future. I don’t think it’s going into v29.0 but might make it into v29.1.

We’ll update the status of the idea on SageCity which has the 84 votes with any progress.
