The invoice payment tab allows payments to be entered at the same time as creating the invoice. There does not seem to be a pay in full button so the amount paid has to be entered manually ot am I missing something?

Thanks for using Sage City.
I'm afraid there isn't an F3 - Pay in full option in Sage Accounting, that's a feature in Sage 50cloud Accounts.
In Sage Accounting, you'd have to raise the invoice first and then record the payment to it afterwards.

I am using Sage 50cloud Accounts, in fact Sage50cloud accounts professional!
The issue is that the F3 facility is not available to record a payment on the payment tab of an invoice. Annoyingly the amount has to be keyed in although the invoice total is displayed.
Clearly an F3 facility should be available on the invoice payment tab shown below!
