Issues with update 28.0.226 to 28.1

SOLVED

Having issues updating client manager.  All users (remote access) are set up as administrators, but all machines cant get passed theV28 data access components section.  Getting codes 1603 and 1921 and also one that says another installation is running - please would someone help us get passed this.  Have tried updating with software both open and closed. On different machines. Have even tried to do a fresh install.

    Yess!! One machine is done. I renamed the sage service folder (in windows/temp/net) and then I just had to manually stop the service, which moved the installation forward. Just trying to get same thing done on another machine..

    A shot in the dark, but are you the amazing Scottish Ian from the sage support helpline? If not, there's clearly two amazing Ians - so thank you!
