Checking if I remove the graphic, the errors stop, so it is related to the graphic.  Tried a .png, .jpeg version and get the same thing.

What is the size of the image?

~180k file, pixel wise as per the screenshot above.  Tried with larger and smaller, still crashes.

If you find the layout in Windows Explorer and right click the layout file and click Properties, what is the size of the layout?

The invoice is 934Kb, the PO 218Kb and I get the same crash on both.

The invoice at 934kb is probably a touch to big but the 218kb should work

Error - 'Sage report designer is unable to generate report: out of memory' when running a report

I think I've tried those suggestions.  Preview works fine, and quitting Sage and going back in works for a bit.  I think I'll have to give them a call as it looks like a bug.  When it fails I get some of the report on the page, mostly outlines etc and the rest is just missing.

Would you be willing to share a copy of the layout here please? I will see if I can replicate the issue.

Can I send it direct?  I have bank details embedded in it.  Happy to open a support call if it helps.  It would help if it was every time, just not worked out the trigger event yet.
