Invoice Payments

we have just activated Invoice Payments for two reasons  . savings in bookkeeping costs   and information to shipping.

the first is fine . the second not  . . Reason : Sage Account syncs only three times a day . if you need updated info then you have to manually sync the data . 

that is not made clear in Article : What is Invoice Payments? (sage.com)

Sage should sync more frequently and/or allow a user setting to determine that within the software

    Thanks for using Sage City, and thanks for the feedback.

    I've updated the article to make sure the three standard refreshes is clear and I've linked to the article that describes how to refresh manually.

    For a change to the number / frequency of refreshes or an option to set the frequency, I would suggest adding an item to the Ideas board >  although I will also raise your point with the product team.
