Profit and Loss Reporting

Hello,

I am trying to run a P & L account report on Sage 50 to include all income and expense line regardless of whether any transaction has been recorded in each nominal code or not. I just want the report to include all line items. Is there a way to go about this?

    That sounds like a filter.  Run your P&L then when it's onscreen, choose Edit to get to the Report Designer.  Click against 4. Category.sort_order footer then choose View and Properties.  Click into Filter, then on the ...  Delete everything after CAT_TITLE.CATEGORY < 5.  Save the report under a different name.
