Accessing Archive Data

Question

Good morning, 
 
 I have created a Company Archive in Sage50 Accounts but the software closes each time I try to open it. Please can you help?

Thanks for using Sage City.

This suggests that the archive may be damaged. To attempt to retrieve the archive I would recommend contacting Sage Technical Support on 0191 479 5955 for further assistance.
