Currently when I select multiple customers to send statements to, its sending all of the statements to the first customer on the list selected rather than sending each to their respective contact email address.
Any ideas why and how to fix it?
Currently when I select multiple customers to send statements to, its sending all of the statements to the first customer on the list selected rather than sending each to their respective contact email address.
Any ideas why and how to fix it?
You need to change the statement email settings and ensure that you have group 3 or whichever is your sorting group for Account Ref set as the email message should contain .. as per the screenshot below
