That isn't the name of a standard built-in report so it looks like a custom one has been created at some point, and used via the Excel Integrated Reporting plugin. The error is happening because the custom file no longer exists in the location specified. Lots of possible reasons this might be the case but fixing it really falls in to one of two options. Either restore a backup of the file to the location specified in the error message, or delete the report range in Excel and re-insert using the built-in Trial Balance report option, or other custom report if required/available.
