I'm sorry you've encountered problems resolving this situation.

To correct this I would recommend taking a quick backup and then running a Foreign Bank Revaluation with an exchange rate of 1.

Thanks Andy, but wouldn't this affect all our other Euro customer accounts too?

Apologies Tania, I was under the impression you were looking at a bank revaluation.

In terms of customer accounts, if you open Bank > Customer Receipts there should be outstanding transactions in there that you can allocate together. When you do this any discrepancy will be posted automatically to Nominal code 7906 - Foreign Bank Revaluation.
